CHQ Wires

Customised CHQ wire drawn across seven automated machines, supported by in-house pickling, phosphating and bell-type spheroidize annealing — engineered for fasteners, bolts, screws and automotive cold-forging components.

Multi-pass drawn on IVD-600 / 800 / 900 / 1200 lines to customer-specified tolerances.

Precision Drawn • Round / Hex / Square • 1500 MT/Month
Smooth-finished, dimensionally accurate bars produced on 3 CDL machines, 3 draw benches, and 3 centerless grinding lines — followed by polish and MPI testing for full-length defect inspection.
